Called and Grateful

We’ve been in the States almost 7 months already and because of your prayers God has done so much for us.  First, we were so blessed to see Jung Hye (aka Christina) receive her drivers license without changing her name on her green card, which would have taken nearly $1,000 and a years time.  Without giving you the long story, recently, the MVA changed their policy and we are the first ones to take advantage of the benefits of this change in policy.  We can truly feel your prayers.  Thank you!

Then, last month we went to New York to meet our new ministry partners, but as we prepared  to leave we discovered how difficult and expensive it would be to go there and meet them.  Thankfully, two of our dear friends opened their apartment to us for two weeks and we saw 5 new ministry partners join us to help spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.

We even saw New York’s Heavenly Voice Church give us an opportunity to speak, so we met and fellowshipped with their teachers and students as I shared God’s perspective about their identity.  All the meetings that God prepared for us were meaningful and we’re so grateful for each one.

One week after we left NYC, we flew to Arkansas for a conference.  Christina sat in a window seat and as we flew over the clouds she saw cars and buildings and thought of how small the people were.  Then she reminded me how big our Father is who is far above the clouds.  Sometimes we forget how big our Father is but we are humbled and encouraged when we remember our big and awesome God who has called us and loves us.

Christina and I are so thankful that you are working with us to share Gods love.  Ecclesiastes 4:12 - Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.

PRAYER REQUESTS

1. We are now going to be meeting ministry partners mostly in the Mid Atlantic before we return to Orlando.  Pray we move in the power of our calling as we share the love of God.

2. We are praying for our future home in Orlando, that we will find the home God has prepared for us.
