The Busy Season

In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus (Philippians 2:5)

We are running many conferences this winter: New Staff Training, Cru High Leadership Conference (below), National Leadership Conference (right) etc. We’ve supported lots of trainings and conferences for over 1000 missionaries this year so far.  It’s a busy schedule.  We pack and unpack almost every week. We prepare and run conferences from top to bottom.  We load and unload from early morning to late night then we move toward another training.

As we practice servant leadership when we serve conferences and trainings behind the scenes we find ourselves learning more of God’s heart for us.  Please pray that as Jesus the Christ humbled himself by becoming obedient to death, we become more and more humble like Him who loves us.

The excitement of “Spring Break” has starting. We will run Big Break, our spring break evangelism training conference, to share the Gospel with the lost who will come to Panama City Beach during this spring break. This outreach will start from March 1st and go for a month.  3,000 Cru students will attend. We will train our students in how to share the Gospel in the mornings, then they will go out and share on the beach in the afternoons.  We will have evangelism testimonies time each night. 

We especially ask that you pray first that God prepares the hearts of the lost so that they can receive Jesus Christ, and second that the students who will attend the conference live evangelistic lives on their campuses and in their homes after this training ends.

PRAYER REQUESTS

1. Big Break Evangelism Training and Outreach:  We will serve from the end of the Feb thru March. 

• Pray that our team will stay healthy throughout the month.
• Pray that God prepares the hearts of non-believers so that our students have great spiritual conversations
• Pray that God gives our attendees courage when they share the Gospel and that when they go back to their schools and homes, they keep living evangelistic lives.
• Jung Hye is leading recruiting during Big Break. Pray that God gives her wisdom and controls her lips when she speaks with the students. Pray that God sends us the right students whom He called and that He gives them faith to obey God’s calling..
• Damien is leading the production team. Pray for the production team to work and play well together for the month.

2. Family: Pray that God takes care of our family who live far from us, and they grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus.
